CONTEST RULES: 3/1/08 - Thomas Kinkade, Vote for Your Favorite Sketch from the DAYTONA 500®!
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
This contest begins at 12:01 a.m., Eastern Time (ET) 03/01/08 and ends 11:59 p.m., (ET) 03/25/08. Open to legal US residents who are 21 years of age or older.
HOW TO ENTER:
Visit www.ThomasKinkade.com/Daytona to vote. Limit one entry per person.
ELIGIBILITY:
To enter this contest you must be at least 21 years of age, and a legal US resident. Employees of The Thomas Kinkade Company (the "Sponsor"), their immediate family members, their affiliates, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and any other entity directly associated with this sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing, on or about, 4/1/08, from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by telephone or email and confirmed in writing within 7 days after the prize drawing. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE:
There is one (1) Grand Prize of a Standard Numbered Limited Edition canvas of the Commemorative Release of the 50th Running of the DAYTONA 500®. The prize is not transferable and no cash redemption or substitutions will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
