What is my membership number?
Every collector is issued a member number when signing up for the Thomas Kinkade Collectors' Society. If you do not know your number, contact our Member Services department at 800-366-3733 or by e-mail to:

When does my membership start?
Membership starts once you have been entered into the Collectors' Society database. The duration of the membership is 12 months.
How long does it take to get my membership package?
It typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive the membership package at your residence, via Fed Ex, UPS, or U.S. mail.
My name is spelled wrong on my membership card and I want my spouse's name included.
Please contact our Member Services department at 800-366-3733 with that correction and a new card will be mailed to you within 6 weeks. There is only room for one name per membership card.
Can I buy products directly from the Thomas Kinkade Collectors' Society?
No direct sales are made to collectors. All orders for products must be placed through the nearest Thomas Kinkade Retailer. If you do not know of one near you, call The Society's Member Services Department at 800-366-3733 or check the Gallery Locator at www.thomaskinkade.com for the closest location.
How often is The Beacon sent to collectors?
The Beacon is a quarterly newsletter sent directly to the collector's residence. It is typically mailed out in March, June, September, and December each year. Subscriptions begin with the next published issue for new members.
Can I get past issues of The Beacon?
We're sorry, there are no back issues of The Beacon available.
Will I receive discounts because I am a member of the Thomas Kinkade Collectors' Society?
There are special members-only offers for Society members every year, and additional special prices are given on selected items. However, there are no standard discounts.
If I join for more than one year, will I get the benefit packages for each year?
Yes, as a member you will receive special benefits for every year that you are active in The Society.
How do I purchase members-only exclusive editions?
Only authorized Thomas Kinkade Retailers may sell members-only items. Bring your redemption certificate, found on the last page of the TKCS membership booklet located in your membership kit, to one of these authorized locations and the retailer will custom order the exclusive offers for you and notify you when they receive them. Call Member Services at 800-366-3733 for the location nearest you, or try the "gallery locator" found on this website.
What should I do if my membership package comes damaged in the mail?
Contact our Member Services department at 800-366-3733 and we will mail a postage paid label to you to apply to the package and return to us. A replacement package will be sent to you once the Thomas Kinkade Collectors' Society is notified.
How can I sign up a friend?
Simply fill out a Sign Up a Friend Application included in the portfolio mailer and mail or fax it to 408-201-5232.
When will I receive a renewal notice?
Renewal notices are sent out several times when your membership is close to expiration. If no reply is made, we will remove you from active status.
