How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling charges vary depending on the size of the order, but usually do not exceed $50.00.

Please Note: This pricing only applies to purchases placed on this website. Your local Thomas Kinkade Gallery charges for shipping on a store by store pricing model. Check with the gallery prior to purchasing.

Do you ship overseas?
We ship to the United States and Canada only.

How long does it take to ship an order?
Every effort will be made to ship your order within 3 business days. However, due to the fact that many of of our products are custom and hand crafted, limited edition images can take up to 30 days to receive. Please refer to our Sales Policy for more information.

What is your return policy?
We will replace product within the first thirty days of receipt of your order if a product is defective due to shipping damage or manufacture defects. Please refer to our Sales Policy for more information.

What is the Thomas Kinkade Collectors' Society?
The Thomas Kinkade Collectors' Society was formally an exclusive club for Thomas Kinkade fans and collectors. We have unfortunately suspended club membership and activities for the time being while we reorganize the club. If you are interested in joining, signup for our newsletter so we can contact you when enrollment begins.

How do I place an order?
Go to the Shop Online tab and follow the navigation bar on the left side of the screen to find the purchases of your choice. You can also search for any products using the Search functionality located at the top of every page. This site only features product which is still in stock at the manufacturer -- if a selection is sold out, please visit a local gallery near you.

On your Limited Edition Art, what is the difference between a S/N or A/P?
Standard Numbered (S/N) - These lithographs are available through all authorized dealers, and the canvasses are individually hand-highlighted under the supervision of the artist. Each is authenticated by Lightpost Publishing's double referencing authorization system featuring DNA technology. Each piece is individually hand-numbered with an S/N designation after the print number to correspond with the certificate and is in a choice of hardwood framing.

Artist Proofs (A/P) - This edition is available only through Showcase and above Galleries and now the Web, and is in very small editions. A/Ps are designated with the letters A/P during the numbering process and the canvas lithograph has a backstamp identifying it as an Artist Proof.
