About This Artwork
This painting was derived from one of those magical rainy days in Chinatown. I set up my easel outside the Far East Cafe, my favorite Chinatown eatery, and while leaning under an overhang to keep from getting wet, recorded the glistening streets and brilliant lights of one of my favorite parts of San Francisco.
