During the winter months, you can feel the cold wind come rushing down Michigan Avenue from the lake in Chicago. Yet the tourists never seem to mind, fascinated by the Chicago Water Tower. Back during the Chicago fire when everything burned to the ground, the Water Tower alone survived, inspiring citizens to rebuild their town bigger and better than ever.
